  First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Appreciate it!

  May I simply just say what a relief to find somebody who really understands what they're talking about online. You definitely understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More people really need to look at this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised you're not more popular since you definitely have the gift.
