I have viewed that smart real estate agents everywhere you go are Marketing and advertising. They are knowing that it's in addition to placing a sign in the front property. It's really about building human relationships with these traders who later will become customers. So, whenever you give your time and efforts to encouraging these vendors go it alone : the "Law regarding Reciprocity" kicks in. Interesting blog post.
