Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this specific issue and it does indeed give me some fodder for thought. However, from what precisely I have seen, I just simply wish as the commentary stack on that people stay on point and don't embark upon a soap box associated with some other news of the day. All the same, thank you for this superb piece and while I can not necessarily go along with it in totality, I respect the standpoint.
