Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Appreciate it!

    Can I simply just say what a relief to find somebody that really understands what they are discussing on the web. You actually realize how to bring an issue to light and make it important. A lot more people really need to read this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised that you are not more popular given that you surely have the gift.
