Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Probably this is one of the better quiet successes on the open web at the moment, and a look at derburn reinforced that quiet success quality, sites that are doing well without making a noise about doing well are the sites I most respect and this one has clearly chosen the quiet success path consistently throughout.
