Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Currently it seems like BlogEngine is the preferred blogging platform out there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you're using on your blog?
