Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    May I simply say what a relief to find someone who genuinely knows what they're discussing on the internet. You actually know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people really need to look at this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised you are not more popular since you certainly have the gift.
